Ornot : Spurcycle

Ornot worked with local bicycle bell manufacturer Spurcycle to increase awareness of the companies, both of which cite domestic manufacturing as an important core value. Through a collaborative apparel project, the companies were able to share their story with the world through PR and social media.

The collection featured a cap, and socks (and originally a special titanium tool) to be sold on each partners’ platform. The content created around the collaboration was featured on multiple websites and created very productive dialogue about responsible manufacturing, with Ornot and Spurcycle at the center. Sales of the socks were so successful that they remain a staple product in the lineup years later.
